Returns/Refunds within the first 10 days of delivery

If you wish to return your item, please contact us , grateful if you can provide the reason of return,within 10 days of receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) and we will provide return instructions in detail! Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Returns/Refunds after 10 days of delivery

Returns of regular products and custom products for reasons other than a OMGCASE error will be subject to a 30% processing fee of the refund amount (after discount/shipping deduction, if applicable).

Shipping charges are not refundable.

We will offer a full refund for the order or item if the return or refund request is based on an OMGCASE error, such as providing the incorrect or defective product or no product at all. Please supply the following facts.

1.Your order number
2.At least 2 pictures or a video of the defective/wrong item
If you have a problem with your items, please do not throw them away, even if they are no longer usable.

Please note that failure to provide images/videos and valid proof of purchase may result in you being ineligible or unable to utilize any of our policies, or not to its full extent.

Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) may require some lead time to initiate the refund.

Return Instruction

For online orders, if you would like to return your item for refund, please contact us with order details (order numbers, photos, videos or other facts), and we will provide you with a return label if your order is eligible for return.

Please be aware that all fees associated with returning items are the responsibility of the consumer. Up until our staff receives the return package, the consumer is still responsible for it. Thus, it is advised that the customer use registered and traceable services to take the required security measures when returning the goods.
